Catholic cardinal (1939–2023)
Telesphore Placidus Toppo (15 October 1939 – 4 October 2023) was an Indian cardinal and was the archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Ranchi from 1984 until his resignation was accepted on 24 June 2018.
