Anna Jantar-Kukulska (born Anna Maria Szmeterling; 10 June 1950 – 14 March 1980) was a Polish singer. She is considered an icon of Polish pop music, and also one of the popular and famous Polish singers of the 1970s. Jantar died in the crash of LOT Polish Airlines Flight 007 on 14 March 1980.
