If we don't do what we know we must do, we disturb our peace of mind. If we do this often, we may harm our self-esteem. We all make mistakes and we all make excuses. This is part of being human. The key is to correct ourselves as fast as we can.

Being confident doesn't mean we have to show everyone how good we are; it means that we know we are enough without having the need to show off.
