When in doubt, do something.

"The important thing is generally the "next step." We ought not to take it unless we are sure that it is advisable; but we should not hesitate to take it once we are sure; and we can safely join with others who also wish to take it, without bothering our heads overmuch as to any fantastic theories they may have concerning, say, the two hundredth step, which is not yet in sight."

Always I will take another step. If that is of no avail I will take another, and yet another. In truth, one step at a time is not too difficult. I will persist until I succeed.

When in doubt: THINK!

When in doubt, vary, change, solve the problem, seize the opportunity, experiment, try something new (consistent, of course, with the core ideology) — even if you can’t predict precisely how things will turn out. Do something. If one thing fails, try another. Fix. Try. Do. Adjust. Move. Act. No matter what, don’t sit still.

So many people don't stop to think when they are confused or troubled. They live in a constant state of reaction to circumstances.

while you may not have the full plan or understand where the next step will lead you, trust that the action you take will always lead to where you need to be.

You take the first step, and to save yourself from the consequences, you take the next one. In times like ours, there are only two directions: up or plummet.

When a man is in doubt what to do, he goes wherever he happens to be first called.

First things first. Get the facts, then decide what to do next. And hope that there is a next.

What saves a man is to take a step. Then another step.
