Katuta Mwelwa (born 6 March 1969 in Chiengi, which was then part of Nchelenge District) is a Zambian politician and the current Member of Parliament for Chiengi. She was first elected to parliament in 2016. In 2022, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Public Administration from the London Graduate School of the Commonwealth University. Additionally, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Chalimbana University in Zambia.
