Mr. Speaker, coming from Uganda, the last time the East African Legislative Assembly held their meeting in Uganda, the people of Uganda were very happy.

This is a sign of improved relations and we thank the two presidents (of the two countries) for initiating the peace talks and showing the whole world that everybody’s desire is peace
