Chantal Biya (née Chantal Pulchérie Vigouroux). She is the current first lady of Cameroon. Chantal Biya was born on the 4th of December,1969 in Dimako, East Province, Cameroon. Her father was a French expatriate called Georges Vigouroux. Her mother, Rosette Ndongo Mengolo, was a Miss Doumé pageant winner. Her mother was elected mayor of Bangou following the July 2007 municipal elections.
