I would like to say to my Ivorian sisters that it is true that no one is unaware of the difficulties we are experiencing today. However, we must not despair. There is still hope. And that hope is the upcoming elections. That is why women, who alone represent more than 50% of the Ivorian electorate, must mobilize. They are the ones who will choose the next president of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. As women, we therefore have a responsibility. And we must assume this responsibility by choosing the person who can alleviate our suffering and lead Côte d'Ivoire out of its difficulties. And this person, just by looking at his record when he was Prime Minister and his current government program, is Dr. Alassane Dramane Ouattara. To women, I say: let us help this gentleman with his expertise and extensive experience to come and help us.

I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank the King of Morocco, His Majesty Mohamed VI, may God assist him, to thank the Moroccan people, and to thank the Moroccan national football team for enabling Côte d'Ivoire to qualify for and ultimately win the Africa Cup of Nations. We want to pay tribute to our Moroccan brothers and say that we look forward to being here in 2025 to offer our sincere and fraternal support to the Moroccan people.

Absolutely, we want to use parliamentary diplomacy to address the right issues. I believe this diplomacy can be a vehicle for strengthening cooperation between countries of the South and also a good instrument for social and economic development, helping to attract prosperity for our populations. You see, this conference is very important, which is why we welcome the massive participation of countries of the South.
