John Anthony Frusciante (born 5 March 1970) was the guitarist of the Californian band Red Hot Chili Peppers, with whom he has featured on five studio recordings (Mother's Milk, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, Californication, By The Way, and Stadium Arcadium), two greatest hits packages (What Hits!? and Greatest Hits) and two live albums (Live In Hyde Park and Live At Slane Castle).
