So as a female, you have to prove yourself beyond reasonable doubt that you can do it. You do extra because you are a female to prove that you can do it compared to your male colleagues who probably don’t need to prove themselves.

We are capable of doing even better things than we believe we are, if we challenge each other to do it.

As women, we must also continue to show strength and courage, challenging assumptions and raising the bar in our homes, businesses, our chosen careers, management and public office.

Being a woman, you have to work extra hard to prove yourself — even more than a man. Some men might not like that, but that's the way it is. Work hard, be strong and don't let anything deter you. I've done it. You can do it, too.

Whatever a man can do, a woman can do better if given the chance to”.

Today’s woman needs to see herself bond better with her fellow women because together we achieve more.

I wanted to prove that women can be leaders.

We started Women`s University because we wanted to prove that we can do it. The message to women is to keep on pushing the cart and do not doubt your abilities.

As women, we need to examine the ways in which our world can be truly different.

It will push women to move outside their comfort zone and give them the confidence to be less modest and allow their talent to shine. They will learn to push boundaries in innovation, accept risk, and welcome leadership roles.

Yet the more I think about it the more I realise that we women set impossible standards for ourselves.

We need women to have self-confidence that they can change, that this is the revolution we need and this is the revolution we deserve.

Now is the time for women to believe in themselves and their talents

Women. If we come together, respect each other, educate, enlighten, pray, we can do anything.
