Eliot A. Cohen (born April 3, 1956) is an American political scientist. As of 2023, Cohen is the Robert E. Osgood Professor at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies and the Arleigh Burke Chair in Strategy at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He co-founded the Project for the New American Century in 1997.
