There is necessity to build hospitals, including that provide cardiac treatment and organ transplant. We can save large amount of money once we could build several large hospitals, the country needs.

We need to urgently establish a comprehensive and modernized cancer treatment and research facility that meets international standards. With Mongolia's expanding foreign relations, we intend to advance this project through international cooperation and not rely solely on the State Budget. Cancer incidence is increasing each year, and without the timely completion of this facility, the World Health Organization estimates that cancer rates in Mongolia will double by 2040.

In today's complex reality, we should always strive to learn from the mistakes of the past, uphold mutual trust, understanding and respect, and make every effort to resolve any misunderstanding, conflict or war by peaceful means and dialogue.
