Women have that hurdle to deal with which male journalist do not necessarily have. and just to add on to this, it is just that to find that people have a certain perspective about women, that if a woman is been given a certain position based on their merit it now becomes an issue of who she sleeping with, and that is something that is really hard to swallow or even escape but it is up to us to that people understand that women can perform based on their merit.
