Jared Lee Loughner (born September 10, 1988) is an American murderer and former college student who carried out the 2011 Tucson shooting, in which six people were killed, including John Roll, a United States federal judge, and at least 14 people were wounded, including U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ).
