I'd like to thank Louisiana, the entire state. Like I said earlier, [I'm] just a kid from Ohio coming down and chasing a dream. And the entire state has welcomed me and my family with open arms and invited us in to be native Louisianans. I've learned to love crawfish and gumbo. I enjoy getting hit sometimes. It makes me feel like a real football player instead of a quarterback. People can look down on quarterbacks if they're not taking hits.

With my knee, it felt the same. But I tweak my throwing motion every offseason and tweak my base. It was actually kind of beneficial for me, because I really started from the beginning and was able to refine some things that needed refining.

I didn't do much for about a week and then I was back at it. I'm not the kind of guy that wants to take a month off, sit on the couch, watch TV and get fat. I'm happier when I'm working out and that's what I do for fun, so we got right back at it.

The window's my whole career. Everybody that we have in that locker room, all the coaches we have. Things are going to change year-to-year, but our window is always open.

It's exciting for us to see the Bengals in the news a lot. Growing up nobody talked about the Bengals too much. It's exciting for us, exciting for the city that people are starting to realize we're a really good team and an exciting team as well.

That's our standard now. We're going to celebrate it every single time we do it. We're going to smoke our cigars, wear our T-shirts and hats. We expect that every year.

Whoever wants to pay me money to play the game of football, I'll play for 'em. It doesn't matter to me.

I threw for 520-something in the second one and I threw for 400-something in the first one. … Yeah, I love playing the Ravens. They like to talk. I don't start the talking.
