Koo Kwang-ming (辜寬敏; Gū Kuānmǐn; 15 October 1926 – 27 February 2023) was a politician in Taiwan (Republic of China). He was a member of the Democratic Progressive Party.
Taiwan cannot get rid of (Mainland) China's pressure in the international community due mainly to the current ROC Constitution, because it was not created by the people in Taiwan. The country needs a Taiwan-centric constitution that will enable it to return to the United Nations.
