British politician (born 1969)
Sir Sajid Javid (born 5 December 1969) is a British politician who formerly worked in senior positions at Deutsche Bank. A member of the Conservative Party, he was appointed Home Secretary on 30 April 2018 and became the Chancellor of the Exchequer under the Johnson ministry. He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Bromsgrove in Worcestershire from the general election of 2010 to 2024
