Samineni Arulappa (28 August 1924 – 13 February 2005) was an Indian prelate of the Catholic Church who served as the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Hyderabad.
The glaring problem of the Church in Andhra Pradesh is that of inculturation. The faith has to be incarnated in the context of the multiple culture of the people.
