I feel that if one plants a seed, it will bear fruit. After seven years as Bishop, I was already ordaining the first brothers. The most wonderful moment for me was when I managed to get a major Seminary functioning, where young people could start to prepare themselves for the priesthood. I started it from nothing. It was of great satisfaction for me that when I left that diocese, it had become financially viable.
