Besides that, I wanted to give opportunity to others since I was given chance to realize my dream at the start.

We all deserve equal opportunity. Opportunity creates better livelihoods and opens up a world of possibilities for all.

I owe a lot to the opportunities I have had. I think we have a great country, and the day that all people of all races have equal opportunity to be useful to their community, we're going to have a better country.

You were successful because you happened to be in an environment where your biases and predispositions and talents and abilities all happened to align neatly with those things that would produce success in that environment.

I would like a society in which lam allowed to grow and fulfil my desires, my dreams because we all have dreams.

Society flourishes when people think entrepreneurally.

Success for me will be where the body of work I’ve done afforded me the opportunity to be as good as I can be, and to explore myself and to see what I’m capable of. People like that share a willingness to be scared and to take chances.

People say, "Do you have the same opportunity today as you had years ago?" And I said, "Absolutely." You always have an opportunity. There's always an opportunity, especially in this country.

I spent my entire career in business, and was fortunate to experience success. Essential to my success, however, was the fact that I was engaged in the larger world around me as a curious person who wanted to learn. I did not rely only on business perspectives. In fact, it was a drive to understand and enjoy life -- and be connected to something larger than myself in my love of reading, learning, and in my case, studying and learning about Judaism -- that allows me, at 84, to see my life as fully rounded.

I believe every person, no matter his/her background, culture, or skin colour, has something to offer. We must embrace this to our advantage, and the government has the responsibility to provide ample opportunity for all residents to be included in making our country the best place to live, work, and play.

Social success is growing into a person that other people can depend on.

The ability to live in a stable, safe environment that gives us the opportunity to create, grow and nurture our talents is sadly denied to many in the world today. I am proud to be able to say – as a leader – I can offer this to my people.
