Healing isn’t a straight line, it’s not about waking up one day and feeling whole again. It’s messy, unpredictable and very personal. Today, we spoke about the small, often unnoticed steps we take on this journey. Healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel, to cry, to break down and most importantly when we give ourselves permission to take time. Whether it’s from a physical illness, emotional wound or trauma, healing doesn’t work on anyone else’s clock but our own.

To everyone out there healing or just beginning their journey, know this, Healing takes time. It’s not about erasing the pain but learning to live alongside it with grace and patience.

We acknowledged that healing is messy, that sometimes it feels like two steps forward and five steps back. But in those moments when we’re kind to ourselves, when we accept that progress isn’t linear, we grow.
