Hilary Dawn Cass OBE is a British physician and a consultant in paediatric disability at St Thomas' Hospital, London. She was the President of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) from 2012 to 2015. Commissioned in 2020, the Independent Review of Gender Identity Services for Children and Young People (known as the Cass Review) was published in April 2024.
