When we love and allow ourselves to be loved, we begin more and more to inhabit the kingdom of the eternal. Fear changes into courage, emptiness becomes plentitude, and distance becomes intimacy.

Something amazing happens when we surrender and just love. We melt into another world, a realm of power already within us. The world changes when we change. The world softens when we soften. The world loves us when we choose to love the world.

Redeemed and restored, love returns us to the promise of everlasting life. When we love we can let our hearts speak.

Love, then, is letting go of fear.

The moment we choose to love we begin to move against domination, against oppression. The moment we choose to love we begin to move towards freedom, to act in ways that liberate ourselves and others.

I began to live in love as a state of being. It was as if love was no longer a verb with an object. In that state, I simply became a loving being, an emitter of love. It's a two-way street: as you become a loving being, the Universe is loving you. You are at home in the universe. hOMe, hOMe on the range.

All that we love deeply becomes part of us.

When one has once fully entered the realm of love, the world — no matter how imperfect — becomes rich and beautiful, it consists solely of opportunities for love.

Be fearless enough to let love transform you.

We can reclaim ourselves by recognising that love is intrinsic to our being. From it we can invoke the courage to dance with our fear

The moment you have in your heart this extra-ordinary thing called love and feel the depth, the delight, the ecstasy of it, you will discover that for you the world is transformed.

Love

Embracing Tao, you become embraced.
Supple, breathing gently, you become reborn.
Clearing your vision, you become clear.
Nurturing your beloved, you become impartial.
Opening your heart, you become accepted.
Accepting the World, you embrace Tao.
Bearing and nurturing,
Creating but not owning,
Giving without demanding,
Controlling without authority,
This is love.

Love is Letting go of fear
Love itself Remains constant
only the particular body from whom we sometimes expect it may change

With the practice of meditation we can develop this ability to more fully love
ourselves and to more consistently love others.
