If you're stuck deciding between options, force yourself to act. You can only act on one thing at a time, which means you will have to make something the top priority.

Even if you pick wrong, you'll learn something.

The more precisely you define the problem, the more easily you can find a solution.

"I feel bad" can have a million causes.

"I didn't sleep much last night and I haven't exercised in a week" has a very straightforward answer.

Exerting more effort doesn't help if you're on the wrong trajectory.

– Working harder on the wrong thing just wastes more time.
– Learning more from a biased source will lead you further from the truth.
– Doubling down on a toxic relationship only sets you up for more headaches.
