Front-load your decision-making.

Write, build, lift, read, or do whatever your lever-moving tasks are first thing in the morning.

Because I can almost guarantee you won't have the energy, clarity, or discipline to do them (well) at night.

Discipline doesn't need to be forced
You think in decades, not days
You're excited to wake up

You only need 1 hour.

1 hour of building. 1 hour of writing. 1 hour of lifting. 1 hour of studying.

1 hour of any form of bettering yourself, because it quickly compounds.
