A very beautiful experience for me because I put a lot into it and we are all experiencing the reward today.

I really felt very strongly that we have to support these women. We need to support each other.

It was a good experience; an awesome story well told and I got a chance to do what I love doing, alongside some of my colleagues and friends in the industry.

Love is a beautiful thing. It’s an experience everyone should have.

It was very important and we are appreciative of that experience. We also did a lot of work around women’s programmes.

It’s important to be able to tap into each other’s strengths and very reassuring to know we can count on the support of a group of women who struggle with or share the same challenges as us.

Being able to nurture the womb (women) of Africa, was truly a honor, an experience I will never forget.

And it felt really good to be needed. And to be trusted. And to be special.

It`s been such a blessing and wonderful experience. I`ve seen personal growth and development in myself. It`s been a great opportunity especially the networking and charity work -i `ve been able to give back to my country. It`s been a very humbling experience.

Again, I said it before, but I’m always surrounded by amazing female friends and they’re the ones who are with me and kind of slap me around when I’m doing something wrong. And to do a show about all these characters I can relate, sympathize and really care about, it’s great. I mean, I see my friends in all of the characters, all of the female characters, which is really nice.

It was so nice to have someone embrace that and encourage it, because I never knew that I would start my career and that would be called for. So, it was just really lovely to bring my full self to this without any sort of pretense,

It was a challenging time, because as women we were doing something that had never been done. But it was an exciting time as well.

...I think that woman can do a great deal for each other if they will only stop fearing what ‘people will think’ and take a hearty interest in whatever is going to fit their sisters and themselves to deserve and enjoy the rights God gave them. There are so many ways in which this can be done that I wonder they don’t see and improve them.

There's a through line in all of us (she and her siblings), but we all kind of ended up doing our own thing, and I love it. Supporting that is really important because our parents raised us to be collaborative and be teammates instead of competitive. So we've never been a, 'Oh, Chiney did that? Oh, I'm going to do this!' We've always just been like, 'Girl, can I come along!' We just love celebrating each other and I think it's also what contributes to how we achieve what we achieve.
