Rida Ahmed al-Tubuly (Arabic: رضا الطبولي Riḍā aṭ-Ṭubūlī; born 1967, also Reda, Al-Tubuly, Al Tubuly, al-Tabuly) is a Libyan pharmacologist and activist.
