Healing isn’t a straight line, it’s not about waking up one day and feeling whole again. It’s messy, unpredictable and very personal. Today, we spoke about the small, often unnoticed steps we take on this journey. Healing begins when we allow ourselves to feel, to cry, to break down and most importantly when we give ourselves permission to take time. Whether it’s from a physical illness, emotional wound or trauma, healing doesn’t work on anyone else’s clock but our own.

Healing isn’t something we do alone. Sometimes, it’s the people around us, their support, their kindness, their understanding that give us the strength to keep going. But even with the best support system, the real work of healing is ours to carry.
