Louisa Lorato Mabe (born 6 October 1959) is a South African politician who served as the North West's Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Finance from 2009 to 2012 and as MEC for Education from 2012 to 2013. Before joining the North West Provincial Legislature, she represented her party, the African National Congress (ANC), in the National Assembly from 2001 to 2009.
