Take the lessons from the training to the community and schools. You reflect the image of the country at the international scene and you should keep Rwandan values at heart. You should always remember that even when you continue your studies out of the country because the image of the country you represent will be judged based on your behaviors and values.

Mrs. Uwacu Julienne said that Africans must take the lead in writing their own history and promote their heritage rather than waiting for foreigners to do it for them.

We laud the effort by Rwandans and our partners who contributed to this year’s economic growth in different sectors. On this day, we have to look at what we can do to further development and share our harvest with the have-nots.
