When it comes to changing your life, if you’re not scared, you’re doing something wrong.

Human beings would often rather adapt to the fun-free familiar instead of risking the unknown. Until (and unless) the familiar becomes so unbearable that they’re willing to risk taking the leap into the void of change.

Figure out which affirmations you need to hear the most and repeat them all day long in your head. Write them on Post-it notes and stick them around your house, on your mirrors, in your refrigerator, in your car.
