Françoise Kayitare Tengera is a Rwandan women currently serves as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Finance, overseeing finances, corporate services, procurement, and the University Single Projects Implementation Unit (SPIU). She held positions at the University of Rwanda-College of Business and Economics, where she served as the Acting Principal and Head of the Department of Finance.
