Practicing faith is not especially difficult. When you get up in the morning, give thanks and pray for a good day, as if you are talking to your parents. When you go out, inform Kami that you are leaving.
And when you return home, give thanks for returning home safely. Also, before going to sleep, give thanks for that day. This is practicing faith.

91. 日に日に生きることが信心である。

203. しかし、何もわざわざそんな不自由な山に行かなくても、心の中に山をこしらえて、その中で修行をしたらそれでよい。自分が山に入った心になっていれば、どんなに不自由なことがあっても、また家内のこしらえたものがまずくても、けっして不足を言うことはないであろう。
