Traveling to other countries has just shown me that Nigeria is a fantastic country. I think one of our issues in Nigeria is that we don't have very good marketing.

My art addresses my internal tension between my deep love for Nigeria, my country of birth, and my strong appreciation for Western culture, which has profoundly influenced both my life and my art.

Nigeria, it's a beautiful country with a great potential and I believe that in that part of the continent, Nigeria, once it sorts out its own problems, have a crucial role to play, like South Africa has in the more southern part of our continent.

Please, know that Nigeria is a gift by God to the black race. Therefore, it is my hope and prayer that someday and in our waking moments of God-given opportunity, our gifted children will see the daylight in which they will soar to their peak moments in actualising their dreams. Africa looks up to Nigeria as the most populous Black Country with potentials beyond measure. God loves Nigeria. It is not a dream but a reality to be attained.

Nigeria is a country where the public appreciate good things

The resilience of the Nigerian people, their kindness, and their deep connection to their heritage stand out as some of the many things that make this country so special. It resonates so much with our people in Kosovo and the joint values we share. Kosovo remains unrecognized as a state by many countries in the world.

Nigerians as a whole are very confident people, I believe we’re confident, I believe we’re very resourceful and we are very hospitable when it comes to visitors in the country.

I believe in Nigeria’s potential to truly be a great nation; the giant of Africa and indeed, a giant in the world.

Nigeria is such an unpredictable place, but I would like to become somebody African youth can identify with.

Nigerians truly have a gift. We can turn the most dire situation into a hilarious joke.

When you meet Nigerians they are incredible. Their energy is incredible.

I grew up with a very strong sense of pride in what it means to be Nigerian and what we can achieve as a people, which strongly contradicted the feedback I got from the world. For me, it is very important as Nigerians that we take time out to look for our personal heroes and learn about our heritage, who we actually are and what we have achieved as a people, instead of listening to the negative narrative the world gives us.

My ultimate end game and destination is far from the runways of New York. I want to continue my work in cinema and the arts. Nigeria is so nostalgic for me because it is the only place I have ever felt at home. When I get back to Nigeria to see dilapidated building, poor infrastructures and bad road network I begin to think that we need to do more to fix things beyond waiting for government. It is time to make things work for our race and country. Nobody will do this for the black race

I believe very deeply that Nigeria should and will be great. I believe I deserve better.
