I try to be good but sometimes
a person just has to break out and
act like the wild and springy thing
one used to be. It's impossible not
to remember wild an want it back.

Sometimes, you have to step outside of the person you've been and remember the person you were meant to be. The person you want to be. The person you are.

I'd like to be remembered as a guy who tried — tried to be part of his times, tried to help people communicate with one another, tried to find some decency in his own life, tried to extend himself as a human being. Someone who isn't complacent, who doesn't cop out..

Sometimes it pays to be a little wild.

There is a little place in me </br> That cries like any child, </br> To be as forest things are, free, </br> Lonely, and strange and wild!

You can't stay in your corner of the forest waiting for others to come to you. You have to go to them sometimes.

I'm restless and wild I fall, but I try I need someone to understand.
