No matter how high the highs are, you always come back down and it's a hard place to be in, especially when you're in the lowest of lows as well. It's a hard thing to manage. Professional athletes have a hard time with it mentally. It's difficult especially because your career is so short.

I think one of the biggest lessons that I've learned is no matter what is happening throughout your career, everything that you're going through—ups, downs, losses, titles, whatever— to remember why you're playing the game.

We will consistently fight to be at the top and live in that pressure because that's where we're at our best.
