If you feel you can’t figure something out, it’s likely because you do not have enough information right now. Spending all your energy thinking without sufficient information leads to mental stress and anxiety.

It’s crucial to create distance between what is happening and your thoughts, feelings and assumptions about it. Because the less space you have, the more you assume your thoughts to be an accurate reflection of reality when more often than not, they are simply a justification for how you feel in the moment
