No one must know that my heart and mind are constantly at war with each other. Up to know reason has always won the battle, but will my emotions get the upper hand? Sometimes I fear they will, but more often I actually hope they do!

For someone like me, it is a very strange habit to write in a diary. Not only that I have never written before, but it strikes me that later neither I, nor anyone else, will care for the musings of a thirteen-year-old schoolgirl.

I long to ride a bike, dance, whistle, look at the world, feel young and know that I’m free, and yet I can’t let it show.
