During my service, I have never forgotten my oath as the head of state, and have been loyally fulfilling my duties as I view my Presidency as a honorable opportunity to work for the benefit of my nation, the state, for building a fair and just society under rule of law, and for the prosperity of our country. I am committed, as I swore with my hand on the Constitution of Mongolia, to strengthening the independence and national security, overcoming challenges facing the country’s growth, eliminating any threat and danger, building capable and professional governance, and strengthening the democracy, as well as maintaining healthy competitive economy and ensuring fair distribution of natural resources. I promise I will not stop.

This generational shift is instrumental in deepening democratic concepts and values in Mongolia. During the past 30 years of democratic rule, most of our leaders were educated under the former Soviet system. As you can imagine, it may not have been easy for them to accept and lead a new social and political system after the democratic revolution in 1990. Despite the difficult circumstances, the Mongolian People's Party's leadership at the time peacefully embraced democracy and called for multi-party elections, which I believe reflects the open-minded and adaptive nature of Mongolians. Those of my generation born in the early 1980s spent our teenage years in a transitional phase, experiencing firsthand the challenges and benefits of a democratic society in our daily lives. Our generation has a historic responsibility to bridge the old and the new while further strengthening democracy in Mongolia.

With a profound awareness of our duty to safeguard the sacred hearth of the Great Mongol Empire established by Genghis Khan, let us cherish and honor the values of statehood, preserve and pass on our precious cultural heritage and history to future generations, promote harmony, uphold righteousness, observe proper conduct, and work together to advance and develop Mongolia.

Mongolia is a country that is capable of fixing past mistakes. It is an open country, and we need investments if we want to avoid capital shortages, currency depreciation and inflation. Improving the legal environment in order to attract investments again and regain the confidence of investors is therefore one of the priorities for my administration.

Any country prepares a development policy based on the traditions and centuries-old customs of its people. Mongols are nomads. Blood of nomads, too, run through my own veins. The peculiarity of Mongolia lies in the fact that we are drafting development programs based on the traditions of nomads. The Mongolians are a people who constantly seek to live independently and can thrive so, as well.

The idea of rewarding the successful democracies through supporting their goals inspired the Mongolians from the beginning of this initiative. We welcome the concept for—we sense that the initiative will eventually contribute to the betterment of the life of ordinary people.

For more than 60 years the Mongolian nation has traveled along the path of freedom and happiness that was laid by the Great October. During all these years we sensed, and continue to sense, the steadily/increasing, noble support of the Soviet citizens, their selfless, varied, fraternal assistance in our laborious forward movement from the backward feudal past to modern economic and social achievements. The entire experience of the construction of socialism in Mongolia, bypassing capitalism, is the most brilliant confirmation of the viability and rightness of Leninist theory, the real embodiment of which began with the victory of the Great October.

Mongolia has actively supported and collaborated on initiatives proposed by United Nations member states to advance sustainable development in mountainous regions, combat climate change and enhance adaptation and resilience.

Moldova is firmly determined to remain part of the free world. The freedom and the dignity of our people make us a country with a strong European identity, which we deeply value.

Vision 2050, Mongolia's long-term development policy, is committed to creating a comprehensive, multifaceted development system that fully supports individuals with disabilities and guarantees their equal participation in society. As part of this overarching vision, we are establishing a Center for the Development of People with Disabilities in every province and district (in the country). Our focus is not just on providing physical infrastructure; it's about delivering essential care services and, more importantly, safeguarding the voices and rights of individuals with disabilities within our society. We must work towards changing societal attitudes towards disabilities.

In order to preserve and maintain cultural heritages, promote history and culture, and pass them on to future generations, the Mongolian government is carrying out a number of significant construction projects. The Ministry of Culture is developing a strategy to boost the economic impact of these programs. It should be mentioned that the establishment of the Museum of Tonyukuk the Wise in the Nalaikh district of the capital city is directly tied to the policy goals of protecting and preserving cultural heritage and promoting economic growth. In addition, the importance of the project is further enhanced by the fact that it creates a good experience for the development of other valuable cultural heritage preserved in every corner of Mongolia according to this standard.

You (Punsalmaagiin Ochirbat) had dedicated your entire life to the service to your country (Mongolia), from an ordinary herder to the president of the country, from a mining engineer to a minister, scientist and academician.

Mongolia is rich in energy resources, but economic progress has been stifled for 34 years due to a lack of energy transition. We are now addressing this gap with a series of reforms, and the results are beginning to show.
