God made me the way I am, and I accept myself. I am who I am, and I'm proud of myself.

I don’t want to change anything. I just thank God for creating me the way I am. <p> If I have to come back to this world again, I want to come back as me.

I'm comfortable with who I am. I know my limitations, but I also have enough confidence to challenge them

I am who I choose to be. I have always been what I chose, though not always what I pleased.

I exist as I am. THAT IS ENOUGH. If no other in the world be aware, I sit content. And if each and all be aware, I sit content.

I’m perfectly happy being me.

I was at a point where I was ready to say I am what I am because of what I am and if you like me I'm grateful, and if you don't, what am I going to do about it?

And what's the point of changing when I'm happy as I am?

I don’t regret knowing myself, ma’am. I don’t even regret…being myself.

I am secure in who I am, and what I believe.

When I accept myself as I am, then I change. I believe that I have learned this from my clients as well as within my own experience — that we cannot change, we cannot move away from what we are, until we thoroughly accept what we are. Then change seems to come about almost unnoticed.

I never worry because I know who I am and I know Whose I am.

I am lucky to be what I am! Thank goodness I'm not just a clam or ham or a dirty jar of sour gooseberry jam! I am what I am. That's a great thing to be.
