Let us not do anything that the inner man does not will;

[But] we should not be kowtowing to anybody when it comes to freedom in this country.

There shall be no slavery of the mind.

If it is really true that you cannot resist them, then you are not sinning of your own free will and hence (at least according to me) not sinning at all.

No man can rob us of our Will — no man can lord it over that!

We ought to be unyielding towards sin because once it cheats our consent, it becomes our true lord.

Let us guard our senses, not allowing them to be the channel for sin to enter into the cell of the soul.

Let us not foolishly waste our abilities of soul and body; let us not bring them as a sacrifice to the vain and fading world.

We should never be at the mercy of Providence if only we understood that we ourselves are Providence.

For the sake of goodness and love, man shall let death have no sovereignty over his thoughts.
