More women to engage in sports and called on the government to provide greater support for their involvement.

That's what I want to see change - getting more sponsors in the women's game so that the girls can also make a living out of a football career.

Expectations and perceptions have changed around women's football, but they will know that they'll have to play their part in increasing the popularity of the game.

It's important to improve condition for women's player.

I will want to use this opportunity to advise the federations in Africa to do more for their women’s’ teams. We want to try and develop the women’s game.The more competitions we have against ourselves the better for us, the same opportunity we have to improve their performance level just like with the Cameroonian team.

I think women need more representation. Not just because we are women, but because we are incredible athletes. Incredible athletes should all be given the same opportunities.

I’d like to see more support for the women’s game. I’d like to cut out racism and the discriminatory slurs both in the men and women’s game.

Women's football has such a platform now. It can only go from strength to strength. I just hope it encourages girls who might not have taken up the game to do it now.

I chose to put my proceeds towards getting more women involved in leadership roles in football, which I think is important, especially as a woman in football myself. Just having coaches or people working on technical staff, even physios… just having women in that environment alongside men is important.

[Introducing her "Save Women's Sport Bill"] Women’s sport exists to provide separate competition for females, in acknowledgement that males have numerous physical advantages over females in the sporting arena.
When the bill comes to a vote, Parliamentarians will have a simple question to answer: Do you agree that women and girls have the right to play single-sex sport?

"Having more women and minorities achieving in sport helps the (representation in the) corporate world. And having more women in the corporate world, rising in leadership, helps the (representation in the) sport world," she said. "I'm proud to have worked on both sides of the equation to make a difference for women and minorities.

I hope people will look at women’s football as the norm.

My desire is to witness more Batswana female footballers plying their trade in other countries.

I think if more women and athletes are vocal about equality and their rights, whether it’s in the business world or sports, having those kinds of strong characters can only lead to a better future. We need to speak up and demand more!
