I am still a mother; my children still need a mum. That has been one of my strengths, because I know they need me.

To me, it means being grounded in your own situation. That you know who your child is, and who you are, and how that affects your family dynamics

Being a mom felt so comfortable for me

Children are the anchors that hold a mother to life.

Mother stands for comfort. Mother will hide the murderer. Mother hides the madman. Mother will stay mum.

Mothers are always mothering.

What helps me stay the way I am is the background I'm coming from - a humble family. We always stay humble and love everybody.

Even though they have lost everything, they still keep their role as a mother, as the caretaker of the household.

My most important title is still “mom-in-chief.” My daughters are still the heart of my heart and the center of my world.

Motherhood has made me more appreciative of and empathetic to others. It has also taught me a lot about the nurturing qualities of earth, which is the basis for most of my work.

Maybe mothers will understand this. Being a mum is the easiest and most profound natural goodness that I have in me. I’m not a good person; I’ve got darkness, you know? But the thing about my kid is that everything to do with her that comes from me—it’s just good.

I am steady with my wife. I'm faithful to my wife.

My family has grounded and groomed me into the woman that I am. My siblings and I have parents who continuously support us through our little endeavors. They listen to my music all the time and that reassures me each time.

The most important thing I’ve learned from motherhood is to love your family and your friends as much as you can and let them know as often as you can. Parenting keeps you humble and grounded.
