I define my approach to each day I am given as, "What is the most excellent thing I can do today?" – from the book "Far and Near: On Days Like These"

To take each day as a separate page, to be read carefully, savoring all of the details, this is best for me, I think.

When you do the things you need to do when you need to do them, the day will come when you can do the things you want to do when you want to do them.
