Bring out the women. They have the ability and the strength. They are able to excel.

We need strong, educated women to help us build a better world.

We want to empower women and encourage women and to develop civil societies so women can benefit.

Our job is to provide an environment that unlocks women’s potential – one that protects their dignity and femininity, helps them create the necessary balance in their lives, and values their talents and potential. Given this environment, I am confident that women will perform nothing short of miracles.

When a woman can be empowered she can, they are very important people in our society, I call on women to enroll in large numbers in the colleges and Universities so that they can be the catalyst for development in our region.

We recognised that for women to be really empowered for development, we needed to make them economically active

We have definitely seen marked improvements in the status of women. These improvements are driven by the diligent efforts exerted by women- led movements.

Living in one and the same global village, humanity is evolving into an interlinked community with a shared future. Women have the power to promote the development of human civilization and create a better future for mankind. Education for girls and women can awaken, enhance and fully unleash this wonderful power.

Creating opportunities and employment for women means betting on the progress of the communities themselves. When they thrive, women invest their income in the family, health, and education. I value this as a sense of duty, commitment, and dedication. The impact that women create around them is powerful and transformative

we must enable women to take their destiny into their hands through education, employment creation and enterprise development.”

The objective is to look at women at the work place and how they can be helped to make the maximum impact.

As study after study has taught us, there is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women.
