When you're depressed, it is very hard to love yourself. When you don't love yourself, it's hard to have a healthy relationship with someone else.

The most important thing we can do with regard to our goals is to have integrity: Simply put, we should always want to try our best.

We should never want to become anyone else, because the greatest fulfillment we can ever get out of life is by becoming the best possible version of ourselves.
