I wanted to prove that women can be leaders.

I am not blaming women; I’m helping them see the power they’ve got and encouraging them to use it.

When I held that statuette, I felt as if I had won a triumph not just for myself, but for every other woman who'd struggled to overcome the same sort of background.

I’m so happy that I have won.

This victory holds deep personal meaning for me, but it’s also a triumph for women. It reinforces my belief in the power of perseverance and the importance of standing up for what is right.

I want to empower women out there that there's a woman called Faith who did her best in her event. I want to motivate them and show them that everything is possible in life.

I hope to continue to inspire female athletes all around the world that if you want to have a kid and you want to come back and be at the top of the world, you can, you can absolutely do that and today’s a testament to that.

I wanted to be an empowered woman, and I became an empowered woman. And now I want to empower every woman. And I do it through my clothes, I do it through my words, I do it through my money, I do it through everything.

I found a way to make us women powerful, by being able to earn money.

So for me, just to be a female and represent my country, it’s a big day for me, because I am able to show other females that they can do it too.

I will be phenomenal to the women. I mean, I want to help women.

I’d still like every woman to know that you can fight any battle, if it’s worth listening to.

I’m a woman and I can.

I believe that God called me to empower women.
