The situation in Ceuta is truly unsustainable (illegal migrations from Morocco into the territory).

I came to a stark realization: chronic surpluses could be almost as destabilizing as chronic deficits.

This is an undeniable fact and since this has a political root cause, the political leaders need to find a solution to this.

Don't look at your travails as a north-west problem. It's a national problem. The country needs help.
