Never back down, keep getting back up

To me, failure is not fatal unless you quit; getting knocked down is not embarrassing unless you allow it to keep you down.

It is not a shame to be knocked down by other people. The important thing is to ask when you're being knocked down, 'Why am I being knocked down?' If a person can reflect in this way, then there is hope for this person.

Winners never quit and quitters never win

Never surrender, it's all about the faith you got: don't ever stop, just push it 'till you hit the top and if you drop, at least you know you gave your all to be true to you, that way you can never fall

You don't lose when you get knocked down. You lose when you stay down.

Never give up: There are certain times that you think, “OK, you have beaten me down to my knees. And now the challenge is, I am on my knees and you keep on beating me down. And the question is, are you going to keep beating me all the way to the ground or will I find a way to struggle my way back on to my feet.”

I plead with you--never, ever give up on hope, never doubt, never tire, and never become discouraged. Be not afraid.

Finally, never give up on yourself. Then you will never give up on others.

It doesn’t matter how many times you get knocked down. All that matters is you get up one more time than you were knocked down.

Life is going to be challenging, unfair and difficult. Whatever happens, make sure you never ever give up.
