Having some disagreement is normal. It is real, it is human. And it's an opportunity for us as mature beings to work through it

We urgently need the mechanisms to deal with differences as they emerge because we want to progress together. Today we must start to resolve to make a difference, individually, as families and communities and we cannot do this alone as we need others and more importantly the wisdom and divine intervention in our affairs.

Instead of ignoring our differences, we need to accept and transcend them.

Third, eliminating conflicts and confrontation through mutual trust and consultation. It is natural for countries to disagree with each other. But there are two approaches to addressing differences. One is exacerbating tension and adding fuel to flames, while the other is seeking consensus and promoting reconciliation and negotiations. It is quite clear which one is the right choice.

Whether we are Christians or Muslims or nationalists or agnostics or atheists, we must first learn to forget our differences. If we have differences, let us differ in the closet; when we come out in front, let us not have anything to argue about until we get finished arguing with the man.

You can disagree on everything but still work together on one thing... if that one thing is important enough.

Learn to disagree without being disagreeable.

You do not have to agree with me. A disagreement does not mean that we are enemies or that we have to be disrespectful to one another.

Let us not concur casually about the most important matters.

People should learn to disagree to agree. There is nothing wrong with disagreeing and arguing out things to get the best results.

This is what you need to see; We need to have different voices in this community. We do not agree on many things going on here, and it's important for the world to see that.

It is not best that we should all think alike; it is difference of opinion that makes horse races.

We all agree on the necessity of compromise. We just can't agree on when it's necessary to compromise.
